Clients that support only stdio can use mcp-remote as a bridge, as in the
Claude Desktop config.
The server also accepts a short-lived JWT in place of the access token: exchange the token at
POST https://gateway.cccontext.com/api/token with {"access_token": "<token>"} and use the returned token (valid for one hour).
